fe88 reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within 30 days of a request will result in account suspension. Any winnings accumulated during a period of unverified eligibility may be forfeited if it is subsequently established that eligibility conditions were not met.

Each player may hold one and only one account on fe88. fe88 enforces a strict one-account-per-person and one-account-per-household policy. Registering duplicate accounts — whether in your own name, another name, or under different contact details — is a serious breach of these terms.

When registering your fe88 account you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. If your contact details change, you must update your account profile promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fe88 account login credentials. fe88 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity that occurs on your account while your credentials are used — whether by you or by someone who has accessed your credentials — is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact fe88 support immediately via live chat.

• Accounts registered with false information are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of balance.
• fe88 does not permit the transfer, sale, or gifting of accounts between individuals.
• Accounts used through VPN or proxy services to misrepresent location may be suspended pending investigation.
• fe88 may close dormant accounts with zero balance after 12 months of inactivity without prior notice.

fe88 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. fe88 supports the following payment methods for deposits: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa or Mastercard bank cards. The list of available methods is displayed in your account deposit section and may be updated from time to time.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by fe88, though your payment provider may impose its own limits. fe88 does not charge any transaction fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are the responsibility of the depositing player and are not reimbursed by fe88.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name and that match the name on your fe88 account. fe88 will not process deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an account that does not match your verified fe88 identity, fe88 reserves the right to reverse the deposit and suspend the account pending investigation.

Deposits that fail to credit due to technical issues with the payment provider should be reported to fe88 support within 72 hours. fe88 will investigate and, where the funds are confirmed received by fe88, will credit the amount to your account. Chargebacks or payment reversals raised against fe88 deposits without first contacting fe88 support constitute a breach of these terms.

You may request a withdrawal of your fe88 balance at any time subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible, and always to an account in your own verified name.

fe88 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The target processing time for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals is under 15 minutes from request approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days depending on inter-bank processing schedules. fe88 does not control the processing times of receiving financial institutions.

Before your first withdrawal, fe88 requires completion of identity verification (KYC). You will be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC front and back, and in some cases a utility bill or other proof of address. This is a one-time process and once completed, future withdrawal requests are processed without repeated document requests unless fe88's compliance requirements change.

• Withdrawal requests submitted while a bonus is active are subject to the applicable wagering requirements of that bonus.
• fe88 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks for large withdrawals above Rs 5,00,000.
• Withdrawals to accounts that do not match your verified identity will not be processed.
• fe88 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees deducted by the receiving payment provider are the player's responsibility.

fe88 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general terms set out here and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that bonus.

The following general rules apply to all fe88 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Each player is eligible for each welcome bonus once only, on their first deposit.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or withdrawn as cash before wagering requirements are met.
• fe88 standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and subject to the same wagering requirements as deposit bonuses unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to fe88 support. fe88 reserves the right to correct any erroneous bonus credits.
• fe88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time for any player where abuse is suspected.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to match betting, arbitrage, or using multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.

All bets placed on fe88 are final once confirmed. The minimum single bet amount is Rs 50 unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular market or event. The maximum bet amount varies by event, market, and competition and is displayed in the betting interface before a bet is placed.

In the event of a clear pricing error — such as odds that are obviously incorrect due to a data feed failure — fe88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at the erroneous odds. fe88 will notify affected players and return stakes in full where a void is applied.

Bets on events where the outcome is already known at the time of placement are void. fe88 uses real-time data feeds and system checks to identify such situations, but players who knowingly place bets on events where they are aware of the outcome are in breach of these terms.

• Live (in-play) bets are subject to any suspension of markets that fe88 applies during match incidents.
• Accumulator bets where one or more legs are voided will be settled on the remaining valid legs.
• Cricket bets follow the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method for rain-affected matches where applicable.
• fe88's decision on the settlement of all bets is final and binding once the market has been settled.

In the event of a game malfunction — including disconnection, server error, or display error — the round in question will be voided and your stake returned. • Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any fe88 game or system.

• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games including Ludo or live dealer tables to manipulate outcomes.
• Match betting or any form of systematic bonus abuse designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes without first exhausting fe88's internal dispute resolution process.
• Accessing fe88 using another person's account, credentials, or payment methods without their explicit written consent.
• Engaging in any conduct that fe88 reasonably believes constitutes money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.

Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately and reported to relevant authorities where legally required. fe88 is not required to disclose the specific reasons for an account suspension during an ongoing investigation.

You may close your fe88 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Accounts cannot be self-deleted through the platform interface — closure requests must go through fe88 support. Where an account has a positive balance at the time of closure request, the balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification, less any pending bonus obligations.

fe88 reserves the right to close any account at any time where:

• The account holder is found to have breached any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• fe88 is required to do so by a legal, regulatory, or compliance obligation.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 months and holds a zero balance.
• fe88 has reason to believe the account is being used for fraudulent or criminal purposes.

Where an account is closed by fe88 due to a terms violation, any balance derived from bonus funds or from bets placed during the violation period may be forfeited. fe88 will make reasonable efforts to return deposits of confirmed clean funds where closure is due to compliance reasons rather than fraud.

fe88 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While fe88 makes reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted service, fe88 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that games and betting markets will be free of technical errors.

fe88's liability to any player is limited to the return of the player's verified deposit balance where a service failure causes a direct financial loss. fe88 is not liable for any indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of anticipated winnings, or any consequential damages arising from the use or unavailability of the fe88 platform.

Gambling involves risk. fe88 is not responsible for any financial loss incurred through gambling on the platform. Players access fe88 services and place bets at their own discretion and accept full responsibility for their gambling decisions.

fe88 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to players via email notification to the address on file, via an in-platform notification on the fe88 website, or both. The updated terms will be published at fe88.cash/terms-conditions with the new effective date clearly shown at the top of the document.

Continued use of fe88 after the effective date of any updated terms constitutes acceptance of those updated terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the changes take effect. fe88 will give a minimum of 14 days' notice before any material changes to these terms come into effect, except where changes are required immediately due to legal or regulatory obligations.
